As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of many key corporative initiatives. Your expertise in sales operations combined with your exceptional attention to detail will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and provide superior support to our external customers and internal stakeholders

What You Will Do:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our talented and all-inclusive sales operation team! As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and streamline the Dental Service Organization (DSO) affiliation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounts receivable requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand DSO customers' unique requirements, preferences, and challenges.
  • Proactively address customer needs, resolve inquiries, and always ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage your strong analytical skills to generate sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regular reviews and maintenance of DSO accounts, ensuring alignment with documented agreement benefits and optimizing customer experience.
  • Utilize our CRM system, Salesforce, to accurately document customer interactions, track progress, and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.
  • Coordinate and participate in customer onboarding calls, effectively communicating requirements, and ensuring successful execution of customer needs during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Verifications, AR, and Sales to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and meet customer billing requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and key competitors to provide valuable insights and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Deliver tailored sales program documents to customers and track progress using Salesforce opportunities.
What We Need In You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or customer support, preferably within the dental industry or supporting DSO customers.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams via phone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail, and impeccable follow up to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient customer support and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of generating insights from data and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team player mentality, thriving in a collaborative environment and valuing strong partnerships.
  • Familiarity with dental products, terminology, and the dental service organization landscape, preferred.
